Upon arriving at the airport, where should I head?+
Your voucher contains all the details for finding us at the airport. Print it and carry it with you upon arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We always confirm flight arrival times. The driver will wait for delayed flights and your transfer is provided at no additional charge.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?+
Drivers wait outside the arrivals area holding a sign with your name or the Larimar Transfers logo.
If my luggage is lost, what is the procedure?+
Contact us on the phone number provided on your voucher, or ask to briefly exit the terminal to speak with the driver. Drivers wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time before leaving.
Do I need to reserve child seats?+
Child seats are mandatory by law in most countries for the safety of children. Please request them at the time of booking.
What type of vehicles are used?+
We use sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses and buses depending on the service and group size. All vehicles are air-conditioned, clean, and professionally maintained.
Where will you wait for me at my hotel?+
From a hotel, please wait at reception (lobby). From an apartment or private home, please wait outside by the main door.
Can I make changes or cancel my booking?+
You can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Email bookings@larimartransfers.com and our team will help you.
